The Unwinder Chair
We started with the Human Touch Perfect Chair....which is an amazing chair that was developed based on the NASA studies on the Zero Gravity position. Then we add in 8 unique Bass Shakers on a Balsa wood resonating base inside the chair. We add in a versatile Audio Amplifier, Oxygen free wiring harness, and an amazing set of Sony headphones. Everything is hand assembled in the USA. After 67 days of production, we have the amazing Unwinder Chair. The Unwinder chair focuses on the zero gravity position for complete comfort. Bass vibration through the 8 points in the body of the chair provide an interesting vibro-acoustical effect as you relax in comfort. This chair is idea for use in many therapeutic environments. Our customers have used these chairs in conjunction with Biofeedback Therapy, Light Therapy, Crystal Therapy, Kinesiology, and more. Imagine the possibilities! The Chair comes with many audio files which can be used from the included USB Flash Drive. You can move those files to a tablet or computer and have the ease of selecting specific music. Or, add your own music, by attaching an MP3 player, iPad, or other audio device such as connecting to an entertainment center. The possibilities are almost endless. Unwinder Chairs are available for sale right now, in fact have been being sold at trade shows since the system design was completed. Although the chair is fully designed and has been sold at trade shows in Las Vegas, as well as demonstrated by SST at the Seriously Smart Success tour, the sales and marketing portion of this project has not yet been completed. This is one of those products that most people would need to experience in order to purchase one. So, the marketing materials just never got completed. What is a bass shaker?

What is a bass shaker? (see picture on Right)
Some sounds are too low to hear: instead, we humans feel the sounds through our body. Have you ever been at a rock concert and felt the deep, low sound through your body? The low "boom, boom, boom" bass sounds send an awesome vibration through your very bones. A bass shaker is designed to bring that effect into your home theater. You pop a bass shaker under your chair, and it turns low sounds into vibrations you can feel. For example, there's a great movie called U-571(below). If you watch this movie with bass shakers under your chair, you are in for a treat. Each depth charge blast becomes a physical experience: the deep, low rumble of the explosions propels you into the action. It's as if you are a character in the movie, feeling what the characters are feeling. Different bass shakers have different power: some kind shake you a lot, some a little. Bass shakers add a physical dimension to your home theatre experience. The shakers convert bass sounds into vibrations that move through the chair into your body. So whether you are watching a movie, or listening to relaxing music, the bass shaker gives you the essence of the music through sound and vibration. Bass Shakers for Therapy Work? In the case of the unwinder chair, the bass shakers are mounted at the left and right sides of the mid back, and under the thighs. This gives your body a full vibrational feeling as your music or sound is delivered to your body through the chair. When doing any kind of therapeutic modality in the chair, most clients are asleep during the first song because the vibrational low frequencies of the provided relaxing music in tandem with the zero gravity position, put them in a state of relaxational bliss, in that relaxed state, your work can really be enhanced. |
