This listing is for a Trade-in. The only Devices that qualify for a Trade in are USB SCIO (EPFX) devices. "Trade in" means that you send in a working USB SCIO (EPFX) Biofeedback Device (one that is not in need of repair), and we ship you a new Mandelay QUEST 9 device, details of what is included are noted above. Trade in requires the trade for your Device only, however if you would like us to recycle your USB cable, Head Harness and Limb Harness please include those in your shipment. The Mandelay QUEST 9 Biofeedback Device is now available to ship directly from the manufacturer in Hungary, but not to or from the USA. Please follow all appropriate Manufacturers instructions and all appropriate regulations for proper use of this Medical Device.
The need for device repair is rare, however, any repairs to the physical device will either need to be sent to Mandelay or to SST for proper repair depending on the type of repair that is required, repair cost must be paid for before Mandelay QUEST 9 is shipped. Please contact us for instructions if the need should arise and we will assist you.
The biofeedback software that runs the device is programmed by the manufacturer. They are solely responsible for all new programming and any fees associated with updating to new versions of the software.

- Laptop is Not Included for Trade In Orders: Should your current laptop be in need of replacement, we recommend that you browse our selection of laptop computers that are at the Seriously Smart Technologies web store and compare specifications with local computer sources so you get a high performance computer that is adequate for biofeedback.

- Remote Software installation is included for the first software installation as long as your computer meets our minimum required specifications.
Training:
- Training is Not Included: Click Here for Training Options
- Personal Software Navigation Assistance appointment is included (not to exceed 1 hour). This is not a "Training" appointment however it is designed to get you familiar with the "New" features in the Clasp64 software that pertain to your new biofeedback device.
Insured Shipping:
- Free Shipping from Mandelay in Budapest to your Non-USA location.
- Duties and Taxes are not included. Usually the payment is required at time of delivery. Sometimes FedEx will invoice the receiver or the shipper for these taxes after the shipment was made. If they do invoice the shipper, you will receive an invoice from Mandelay for these Duties and Taxes. This will vary based on your location and factors in the shipping and Customs that are beyond our control. SST is not a tax expert, we can not give you rates or advice when it comes to taxes that might be due for this shipment.
- Your trade-in device needs to be shipped back to Michigan USA or Budapest Hungary at your expense. You will be informed by email which location your device needs to be sent to. You will also need to provide SST with the tracking number of your shipment within 1 week of receiving your new Biofeedback Device. Overnight shipping is not required. Please protect your trade in device using proper packaging methods, its a long trip for a medical device! SST will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments, insurance is your optional decision.
